RETURNS
We do our very best to provide quality products you will love. We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your merchandise and we will be happy to find a solution.
Please return all items in new condition, unused or damaged within 14 days with a recommended tracking #.
Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping and handling fees and customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.
All sale items and clearance items are final and non-refundable.
Please note, custom and personalized clothing and wood orders are non-refundable as they are cut and made specifically for you.

DTF & UVDTF Transfers
All sales are final on transfers due to the nature of the product.
We do not accept returns, or exchanges for any reason.
Transfers will only be exchanged if the incorrect size was printed by us.
Custom transfers: if your uploaded image has a background it will be printed with a background. Please be sure to double check your images and make sure they don't have a background.
Please note that large quantity order transfers, may come from different DTF film rolls and barches of ink. Therefore, there is a very small chance colors may vary from roll to roll. There is also a chance that the film type will change from item to item. This is due to variations in the manufacturing process of the film, and is out of Queen City Creative Works control.
Queen City Creative Works LLC, is not responsible for any issues that may occur with transfers or the application of transfers to garments. We will work with you to help you resolve any issues you may have, but we are unable to assist with transfers that have already been applied to items.
Please be sure to always test your transfers before advertising them as finished items. Each heat press is different and our recommended settings may need to be adjusted to best fit your heat press.
Queen City Creative Works LLC, does NOT recommend transfers be applied with a Cricut Easy Press as pressure can't be properly maintained.
Queen City Creative Works Transfers are NOT permitted for resale.
EXCHANGES
Our customers are very important to us and we want you to be completely satisfied.
Please also note that, although every effort is made to photograph our items accurately and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise.
If you are interested in exchanging your items please contact us and we are happy to help you with the process.
Please return unused merchandise within 14 days with a return label which will be sent to you through email.
You will be given a full refund in the amount you paid for your merchandise minus shipping costs which we unfortunately cannot refund.
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges for personalized or custom made orders.
BLEACHED ITEMS
All bleached items will vary from it's listing picture. Due to the bleaching process no two bleached or tie-dyed items will ever be identical.
WOODEN SIGNS & DECOR
We do our very best to replicate the item you see in the listing. Please note that some wood items may vary due to available lumber. No two pieces of wood ever stain the same, some knots or imperfections may occur due to the nature of wood.
Rush Order Transfers
When rush orders are placed and have artwork issues there is a possibility the order will not get printed on the rush day paid for. Please continue to check emails if you have a rush order in the event artwork needs to be revised.
CANCELLATIONS
If you decide you'd like to cancel your order completely, please notify us within 2 hours of placing your order, and we will refund you in full within the next 3-5 business days.
Queen City Creative Works LLC, reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
